Yes. We prepare the partnership or S corporation return, the K-1s and each partner’s personal return, so they are consistent.
Our parent company is in Latin America. Can you set up and run the U.S. subsidiary’s books?
Yes. Entity setup for foreign ownership, the EIN, monthly bookkeeping and the filings that come with a foreign parent are regular work for us.
Do you prepare financial statements a bank will accept?
Yes. We prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports from reconciled books.
Do you meet in Coral Gables?
We meet at our office in west Miami-Dade or by video. Most Coral Gables clients prefer a monthly video review and an in-person meeting at year-end.
