For residents, the work is more familiar: retirement income, investment income, a rental, and the question of how to pass assets on. We prepare the return and explain it, in English or Spanish, and we stay available during the year, not only in April.

I live abroad and own a condo in Aventura. What do I need to file?
Usually a non-resident return (Form 1040-NR) reporting the rental income, and an ITIN if you don’t have one. If you sell, FIRPTA withholding applies and we help you claim back any excess.
Can you help me buy property or start a business here through a company?
Yes. We set up LLCs and corporations with structures suited to foreign ownership and handle the EIN, ITINs and ongoing filings.
I’m retired and have investment and pension income. Do I need an accountant?
Many retirees come to us for exactly that: to make sure withholding and estimated payments are right and that nothing is missed. The first consultation is free.

We meet by video, which suits most Aventura clients, and in person at our office in west Miami-Dade whenever you prefer.
